Unboxing Video is Mandatory

As soon as you receive your package, record a continuous, unedited video — starting from the sealed package to fully opening it and checking the product.

  • The video must clearly show the package's outer condition, the shipping label, and the sealed packaging being opened.
  • Any damage, missing item, or wrong item claim will only be accepted if supported by a valid unboxing video.
  • Claims made without an unboxing video may be rejected.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is unused and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software, antivirus, or digital products.
  • Consumables (thermal paste, cables, batteries) once opened.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, water damage, or unauthorized repair.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is offered only if the item is received damaged, verified through the mandatory unboxing video. Items that are not damaged (e.g. wrong size, change of mind) are not eligible for exchange. Subject to availability — if unavailable, a full refund is issued instead.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected (1–2 business days), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days:

  • Online payments: Refunded to original payment source.
  • COD orders: Bank transfer to provided account details.

Warranty Claims

For warranty issues beyond the 7-day return window, please contact the brand's authorized service center. We can assist you with service center information if needed.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@pctec.in with your order number and reason.
  2. Attach your unboxing video and photos of the damaged/defective item.
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
